Involvement of subcontractors is a very cost-effective solution for managing production throughout our projects, which can expand across a broad geographical area.

 

Waschuk Pipe Line Construction Ltd. oversees and manages subcontractor activity through our effective Subcontractor Management Program; utilizing pre-qualification checklists, formal inspections, subcontractor company involvement in meetings and supervisory training. Our Subcontractor Management Program ensures that our subcontractors and vendors meet all client requirements.
